UK Shipping (Domestic)

We ship across the UK using reliable, tracked courier services.

  • Standard Shipping: 5 business days |  (Free on orders )

  • Express Shipping: 3-4  business days | £3.00

 

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracked service.

  • Step 1: Receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

  • Step 2: Click the tracking link inside the email to view live updates on your delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within XX days of delivery.

  • Return Window: 07 days from the date you receive your item.

  • Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Return Fee: Free returns across the UK 

 

📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Request: Email us at gloremakeup.suport@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.

  2. Pack: Place the items securely in their original packaging.

  3. Ship: Drop off your package at the nearest Post Office / Collect+ point using the prepaid label we provide.

 

💳 Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it within 2–3 business days.

  • Payout: Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: It usually takes 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened cosmetics or skincare products.

  • Pierced earrings and underwear.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customised or personalised items.
